What you can expect
When you call Just Be Rooted, our office staff makes every effort to answer your call. We are available to take your call Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If we do not answer between these times, we are assisting someone else at the moment and we will return your call as soon as we can.

INITIAL PHONE CALL
When you first call our office you’ll have a brief conversation to address your needs or concerns. Together we discuss your want to start therapy and the circumstances surrounding that want. We gather your contact information, insurance information (if appropriate), and demographic information & begin to build your client chart. Any referrals requested may be given to you at this time as well.
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Your first appointment is a time in which you have the space to express your history of self. It is also a time for you to share where you are currently in your mental health. We are present as support to brainstorm your therapeutic goals and present a safe space for you on your journey to achieve them.
USING INSURANCE & SELF PAY
Florida: Insurance accepted-Aetna, BayCare, Cigna, Evolutions, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, Staywell, United and Private Pay Rates are available.
Georgia: Private Pay Rates available.
