In the pursuit of creating better ways to love yourself, the purpose of Just Be Rooted is to decrease mental health disparities in minority populations. An anti-oppressive approach is taken to implement harm reduction. The holistic model services are rooted to enable diversity being brought back into health care. This is done by focusing on the Physical, Mental, Emotional, Vibrational, Spiritual, Creative and Ethereal.
